The art of Kung Fu is graceful, powerful, and mysterious. This CD succeeds in putting these elements into music. Sifu Tak Wah Eng, a well-respected martial arts teacher and accomplished musician and artist, has dedicated his life to Kung Fu. His wealth of knowledge and experience has influenced and inspired many. Marc Waithe, one of his students and also an experienced composer, was driven to translate the mystique and flow of this ancient art form into music. This is his vision and interpretation. You can train with the music or just enjoy it. These are songs inspired by Kung Fu and the practice of this most wonderful art
